How To Refer to Us

We are pleased to receive referrals from other dentists. The majority of implant work carried out by John Clydesdale is on referral from dentists in West Lothian.  You will find our dental referral form below.

We provide a high level of care to all patients and also offer training to other dentists in aftercare for dental implants.

All patients will return to their original dentists for future treatment and we’ll send you a report on all treatment carried out. You also have our word that we won’t accept referred patients for any non-referred treatment.
